At Chicme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Chicme account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your unique return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated returns warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or Chicme wallet within 7-10 business days.
